Hayden Equestrian Centre

Hayden Equestrian Centre is a friendly and welcoming location to start your new hobby, give it a one off try or pick up from old lessons to develop further. Whether old hand or young blood they will have a horse whose manner is right for you.

Pony trekking is perfect for non riders who want to go horse riding without much preamble: for inexperienced riders the trek will go no faster than a walk so they get the thrill of doing it but are always accompanied by experienced, qualified staff who will lead you along the quiet roads and turf paths. For slightly more experienced riders, instructors can ride out alongside for an occasional trot once you have got used to your mount so you can get a feel for the real deal.

Riding lessons and pony camps are also available, so however deep or enduring their interest in the gee-gees there's an option to suit.

The full facilities list includes: indoor arena, outdoor sand arena, an all weather training and show jumping arena, grass show jumping arenas and a cross country course too! So once you're up and running (should that be up and trotting?) there are more options for further development and adventure, and the kids will have all the more confidence because of being familiar with the territory and the horses. Ideal!
