About Gooderstone Water Gardens & Nature Trail
Gooderstone Water Gardens & Nature Trails will blow the kids away with its beautiful and imaginative design. There are many interesting paths and trails to explore, with bridges over the streams. The gardens have four ponds, numerous waterways and a natural trout stream. There is a bird hide to help you and the kids find some feathered friends, make sure you all keep an eye out for kingfishers especially! The bridges are numbered to help you find your way around and there are plenty of benches along the way so you can stop for a rest, or just to enjoy the scenery. There are different plants to see throughout the year, with a variety of smells and colours to appreciate. The waterways are clear so the kids will be able to see plenty of fish swimming about and all sorts of wildlife throughout. Enough space for the kids to run around or to have a picnic. Dogs are welcome if they are kept on the lead so you can even bring the family pooch.
