Returning this autumn - Sundown Adventures!

Back by popular demand. Experience tree top thrills in a whole new light across 25 locations for a limited time between 17th October and 9th November. Go Ape Sundown Adventures offer a new level of forest fun in the dark. Become a creature of the night as you climb through the canopy on a high ropes course lit with colourful lights. Test your skills on tree top crossings and experience the thrill of a zip wire ride into the darkness. It's a unique opportunity to enjoy the forest's beauty and experience the adrenaline rush of adventure after dark. The experience takes one to two hours, and the Go Ape team are around to help throughout. It starts with a safety briefing and harness fitting. For ages 6 and up (minimum height 1.2 metres) this is an adventure that will delight kids and adults alike.

Fun Activities for Thrill Seekers

Spice up your family days out with forest zip lines, two-wheel adventures scoping the forest floor, blood-pumping high-ropes courses with intricate crossings and so much more... 

Go Ape is an adventure enthusiast's delight, but before each individual activity can begin, you'll suit up and head to your safety briefing. You'll get told all the important details like where your clips go, how to alert staff of an emergency and a general intro into each course/activity. You'll get practice on a mini high-ropes course and small zip lines before you head for the heights too, so don't worry! 

Are you wild enough to try one of the many Go Ape adventures on offer? Join your mini monkeys (min 1m high) on Treetop Adventure and conquer tricky obstacles like wobbly bridges, Crossed Wires and Stepping Stones together. That’s what we call family action! For adventurers over 1.2m, try out Adventure Plus, which has more height, more crossings, and an even longer zip wire!

Still looking for more? Take on the epic Treetop Challenge, featuring an enormous 160m zip wire! The Pendulum Pass and the Fuji Crossing are sure to put your bravery to the test!

After a unique ground-based adventure? Bring a little tech to the trees and discover the 2,600-acre Swinley Forest in two-wheel style with an off-road Forest Segway experience. Or unleash your inner warrior and try your hand at Axe Throwing. Trust us, it's all about skill rather than strength.

Go Ape is the ultimate forest adventure for all ages to enjoy. Sessions typically last between 1-3 hours per activity. Which adventure will you embark on first?
