Carnival Pool offers swim sessions for all ages and abilities.
Swimming is not only a great way to keep fit it’s also a lifesaving skill! Carnival Pool offers lessons for all ages in the main and the teaching pool. Children can learn how to swim, increase in confidence or work on their stroke. Adults can get in on it too! If you look in the fast lane at your local pool and envy those who can do front crawl it’s never too late to learn!
Alternatively if you’re suffering from an injury or you’re looking for a supportive, low impact exercise class then aqua fit is a fantastic alternative to pounding the streets on the cold, dark evenings. Out of the pool there’s a fully equipped gym where instructors are on hand to work up an exercise plan just for you and a crèche so you can workout in peace.
