Barking Sporthouse and Gym now offers RISE Gymnastics lessons in partnership with British Gymnastics. Kids can work on flexibility, balance and coordination as well as making friends along the way. Rise Gymnastics Discover, Explore and Excel take young gymnasts through their first steps into gymnastics all the way to advanced skills and competitions.
