The play equipment in this bright and spacious adventure play centre is separated very simply into 2 age bracketed categories: under 5s and under 12s. Because of this it is sensible to keep a close eye on those just making the change from one to the other as the larger set is much more boisterous and the size of those thundering past raises considerably!
The sizeable under 5s zone features a small modern play frame with all the usual elements like slides and ball ponds, ideal for social and physical development, plus a nice little roleplay racetrack with mini cars for the smalls to whoosh about in. The under 12s version is something else: a whopping 3 floors of concentrated fun with bigger slides and deeper ball pools, tunnels, bridges and all manner of colourful obstacles and challenges that will leave the hardiest kid gasping.
The site also features family friendly Laser Storm: a laser tag style hide and seek game using infra red equipment, it's ultra modern zero contact combat gaming reminiscent of the kids' computer games and played in an 1800 square foot arena! Kids have to be over 6 years old to partake in this activity, partially because of carrying the pack and partly because with swirling fog and audio visual effects it can get pretty hairy in there! That said it's loads of fun, so why not suit up and go in with them so mum's got their back?
Private Party options include Darcy Bear and Laser Storm Parties, a Pirate and Princess theme and a Toddler Safari! Each varying theme offers it's own special activities and treats, well worth a look for a fairly stress free event.
