Come rain or shine, you can enjoy a range of fun activities on this 400-acre farm - plus there's grazing animals in the fields, hedgerows and myriad wildlife. What will you see? Did we mention this is an actual working farm?

  • Meet the Farm Animals: Roves Farm has a large range of farm animals including Poll Dorset & Suffolk Cross sheep. There's also the Sussex cattle, Boer and Pygmy goats, donkeys and alpacas!
  • Don't forget the Shetland ponies, hens and Gloucester Old Spot pigs. Piglets are always running around in the Animal Barn, and goats are waiting to be fed in Pets Corner! Pets Corner is full of rabbits and guinea pigs for those who like to cuddle.

    Transport Information

    By Train:

    Take a train to Swindon Station, which is the nearest station to Roves Farm. From there, it’s about a 15-minute taxi ride to the farm.

    By Bus:

    Use local bus services from the Fire Station station to South Marston Turn East. There's a departing service every 30 minutes.

    By Car:

    Roves Farm is easily accessible by car. Use postcode SN6 7QG for GPS directions. There is no access from the A420, so you can only enter Roves Farm via Sevenhampton Village.
