About Windrush Leisure Centre
Windrush Leisure Centre on Witan Way, close to the Windrush River and just five minutes from Witney's Market Square, brings together a large gym and two pools under one roof. The 25-metre main pool runs Family Fun Swim, Aqua Splash, Toddler Splash and Swim for Under 5s sessions to keep things fun for younger visitors, while the smaller teaching pool focuses on lessons and confidence-building, including SEN swimming lessons. There's a sports hall for badminton, basketball and pickleball, squash courts and a Wellness Hub, plus over 125 gym stations. The onsite cafe is run by Yellow Submarine, a local charitable social enterprise, adding a nice community touch.
