Inverness, The HighlandsAbout Inverness Aquadome Leisure Waters
Got some energetic kids with restless fins at home? Plunge headfirst into splashtastic fun at Inverness Aquadome Leisure Waters!
Not only does it feature a massive wave pool with water geysers, 3 flume rides, and an outdoor pool but this Inverness Swimming Pool also has one of the largest swimming lesson programmes in the country! Inverness Leisure's swim team teach over 2,000 children to swim every week.
So shall we get into the slippery details of The Highlands' biggest water fun attraction?
Things to do
Voyage into the crystal clear depths of the Inverness Leisure waters from the beach pool, into the wave pool, and down the River... The River is one of the most fun features as it will take you on a fairly rapid journey around the pool and from there you can move into the 'thistle-shaped' outdoor pool! And the fun doesn't end there as the outdoor pool has geysers and bubble jets!
In addition, you can also take on the challenge of the three exciting flumes or just relax in a family-sized spa bath. The leisure pool also has a dedicated toddler pool but parental supervision is, of course, required at all times in this area.
Had enough of the water for now? The gym itself is state of the art with plenty of cardio equipment, a strength and conditioning room, over 100 fitness classes! You can book classes in the gym via the online class timetable. Choose from a wide range of exciting group fitness classes in the gym studio like Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Tai Chi, Sculpt & Tone, Body Pump, Dance Aerobics, Teen Weightlifting, Body Attack, Olympic Weightlifting and so much more.
You'll find the perfect balance of fun and fitness at this fantastic facility whether it's exciting classes or a trip down the River, you'll have a great time!
