Attraction Information

Join kelpies, selkies and the Loch Ness Monster on a City Sightseeing Inverness Hop On Hop Off Tour. Over 12 stops you’ll see all sorts of historic gems so without further adieu, och aye the noo!

Inverness is surrounded by spectacular lochs which you can spy from the top of an open-top double-decker bus. Hop off and take a stroll alongside the River Ness to catch a view of the spectacular Inverness Castle. Next, visit the famous Dochgarroch Lock by boat, or book a Jacobite cruise on the Loch Ness where there’s plenty of stunning scenery and local legend to boot. Just watch out for monsters!

Once on dry land, visit Abertarff House - which is the city's oldest building dating back to 1593 - before hopping off at the Highland Archive Centre on Bught Road. It’s an interactive journey through Scottish history, something you’ll also get an insight into with your informative onboard commentary. If you have time you’ll also want to see St. Andrew’s Cathedral and the fabulous panoramic views of Kessock Bridge.
