At Westgate you'll find a range of swimming activities. It's a one of Chichester's best attractions for families. Recreational swimming never looked better! With a fun splash pool, young kids will have a great day out here. The splash pool is a great place for kids who are not yet confident swimmers, and there are plenty of features and toys that will have them smiling and excited during family sessions at the leisure pool.
For bigger kids there is a 33m, six-lane pool where they can test out all the new skills they’ve learned, or blow off some steam with a relaxing swim with their friends. Don't miss a ride on the exciting flume or at one of the inflatable fun swims. Westgate Leisure Centre also provides award-winning swimming lessons. Swimming classes for all abilities focus on improving on those all important swim skills.
If you’re not feeling like getting wet then there is the sports hall, where you can play badminton, table tennis and five-a-side football. You can also improve your fitness and wellbeing at the gym facility and health suite. With state of the art fitness equipment including resistance machines, a trip to the gym is one of the impressive physical activity experiences on offer at Westgate Leisure Centre.
Why not try one of the many fitness classes per week? These include Body pump and Body combat, circuit training and much more. There is something to suit every fitness level.
