Thornton Hall Farm Country Park is a ‘traditional’ working farm that offers plenty of opportunities to interact with animals!
Meet friendly llamas, lambs, poultry, guinea pigs, rabbits, goats, cows, alpacas, ponies and pigs before hopping on-board the 4X4 Wizzick Farm Safari to go and see the deer park and larger animals roaming free in their paddock close up. Take part in lamb and calf feeding in the spring, help the farmer collect the eggs from the hens and fall in love with the miniature Shetland ponies.
There are plenty of other activities for children and families to enjoy, such as indoor and outdoor play areas, a new Jumping Pillow Park and quad biking. If you want to stay a bit longer then pitch up at the campsite set in rolling fields where you can stay in a tent, motorhome or caravan and wake up to the countryside on your doorstep. Don't miss out on the special events held throughout the year.
