Over 750 animals live at the Rodbaston Visitor Centre Animal Zone, from friendly meerkats to mischievous monkeys and everything in-between.
Go and visit the snakes, lizards, geckos and iguanas in the new reptile room and keep your eye out for new exhibits and arrivals, such as the pygmy slow loris and the yellow mongoose. You can even arrange special encounters with the lemurs or meerkats, giving you up close and personal experience feeding and learning about these animals.
The Zone has a host of exciting activities – these can include Animal Encounters, Meet the Keeper Sessions, Feeding, Craft Sessions and many more! There are also lots of special events through the year, such as meeting the baby lambs in the spring!
