Raglan Castle

Raglan Castle is a late medieval castle located just north of the village of Raglan in the county of Monmouthshire in South East Wales. Raglan Castle’s History

This late medieval building was built in the 1430s by William ap Thomas, who was a prominent Welsh knight. In the 16th century, the William Somerset inherited the castle and upgraded it to the fit the Tudor trends. Pulling in all the sufficient resources to transform it into the grandest castle, with renaissance gardens and much more.
