Nature in Art
Twigworth, GloucestershireAbout Nature in Art
Nature in Art is a museum, housed in a Georgian mansion, with some really interesting wildlife art exhibits, with work by over 600 artists from 60 different countries! There are quite a wide range of styles, from abstract to hyperrealism pieces, all made with a number of different media such as ceramics, oils, fabrics, acrylics, wood and many more. You also learn about art history, as some of the work here was produced hundreds of years ago. During the school holidays throughout the year, they hold a wide range of Activity days, especially for kids and you will get free entry into the gallery or museum. Time to get creative! The exhibitions are always changing so there is something different to see on every visit. There are also some pretty cool sculptures to see in the gardens, plus a playground to test out while you are there. Great place to go for a couple of hours and perhaps inspire you to create a masterpiece of your own.
