About National Horse Racing Museum
National Horse Racing Museum is an education for horse lovers everywhere! It tells the whole story from its royal origins to Lester Piggott, Frankie Dettori and other modern sporting stars.
The museum is proud to be a signatory to the Kids in Museums Manifesto and makes sure there’s plenty to see and so. Trot around their state-of-the-art museum on a Junior Fun Tour which makes learning fun for little minds. Then canter past lovely artworks in the Fred Packard Galleries of British Sporting Art, or gallop on down to the Practical Gallery for a spot of dressing up and play.
