Lusty Glaze Beach
Newquay, CornwallAbout Lusty Glaze Beach
Hang ten or hang out at Lusty Glaze Beach. This privately owned beach had all kinds of summer fun, from swimming to abseiling. So what are you waiting for? Surf's up!
The beach is a protected place for swimmers and ideal for catching those perfect waves.Their adventure centre offers up jet skiing, abseiling and kid’s favourite, banana boats! Plus if you’re not a seasoned surfer, sign up for lessons which are available to eight years and up. All are watched over by a qualified team of lifeguards so you can enjoy the day without a care.
There’s no need to get your hair wet: enjoy a spot of volleyball, football or grab some new recruits for a game of dodgeball. Then there’s the Terror Tight Rope course across the cliffs. You’ll get stunning views of the sea, just don’t look down! The beach would be a lovely place to build sandcastles with the little ones or sit in the café, and visitors are welcome to bring their dogs, as long as they stay on leads during the summer months.
