About Lulworth Equestrian Centre
Lulworth Equestrian Centre is a fully BHS approved riding and livery establishment which is situated in the heart of the charming Dorset countryside. They offer a range of over 55 much loved mounts, from ponies at 11 hands up to horses up to 16.3 hands, all nicely mannered and well trained for a variety of ages and abilities so there's bound to be one just right for you!
There are 2 qualified instructors dedicated to teaching riders and adults of all ages and abilities so whenever you fancy a lesson they're there to help you get started. You can even hack around the Lulworth Estate as a total beginner too, which is most unusual and can be what it takes to really kick off their interest. They are able to offer a mostly off-road variety of terrain, which includes heathlands, woods, fields and some coastal spaces. All well worth exploring and it means repeat hacks are just as fun because you can choose a different route!
Facilities for serious riders include a cross country course, with each jump offering 3 different heights to choose from; a large (80mx20m) floodlit outdoor arena and regular year round shows and events. All in all there's plenty of choice for riders of all standards and preferences!
There are also professional livery services offered here too, should be lucky enough to own your own, and there's discounted tuition for livery owners if that's any incentive to buy one!
