Outdoors are the name of the game, literally, at Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre! It’s a hub for adventure tucked deep in the New Forest.
When they say outdoors, they mean climbing, high ropes high in the canopy, a spot of bushcraft, archery for any little wildlings, kayaking, canoeing - the list goes on! Biking is a particularly handy way to explore the area with trails winding their way through the woodland. Set a course for adventure with an intermediate route, or a trail right up to the North Shore Park for expert riders.
Everyone is encouraged to dive right into community activities with campouts, treasure hunts and seasonal treats. Outdoor Fundays are also a great way to pack everything in, as is the option to book self-catering lodges and spots on the campsite.

The perfect family break with forest and lake-view camping for a great price with hot shower faciltiies included at no extra cost! Or opt for a home-away-from home type holiday with our forest lodges sleeping 6, 12 and 14 people - our lodges come with Wi-Fi, open plan living, communal fire pits and so much more!
COMING JULY 24 - Summer Camp
This summer we are running a 6-night residential from the 29th July - 2nd August for 9-15-year-olds, in partnership with Summer Camps Trust.
Your childcare for 6-nights of the summer holidays will be sorted, and you can rest assured knowing that your child will be well looked after by our and Summer Camps Trust skilled team.
Across the residential, your child can expect to enjoy a comfortable stay in our dormitory-style accommodation whilst they experience some great adventures from paddle boarding, archery, tree top trail, campfires and just making memories that will last a lifetime!
Accommodation, catering and activities are included in the cost; £435 per person or £350 per additional sibling.
