You can find the charming Lichfield Heritage Museum (also known as The Lichfield Story) inside the rather grander milieu of St Mary's in the Market Square, from which - if you can manage to book yourselves on a spire tour - you can achieve outstanding views of the Lichfield Cathedral! Bear in mind though that it's pretty high, so give smalls ones some thought before embarking, for number of steps as well as the building height!

Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.00pm Saturday 9.30am - 5.00pm Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm The Lichfield Story Exhibition opens at 10am each day and last admission is 1 hour before closing time. Closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
