Terrible experience 1 out of 5 stars
What a terrible experience and an inconsiderate and rude manager! I visited the place today with my son (9yrs old). There was a lovely group and another 3 teenagers in that slot (7pm). The 3 teenagers were driving very irrationally and one guy was constantly crashing into other go-kart drivers at high speed. The briefing video and safety notes clearly stated “no crashing into other karts”, however none of the employees or manager pulled this guy out or warned him not to continue driving this way. Clearly the employees do not have sufficient safety training and the lady manager was extremely rude when I spoke to her about this matter as my son was hurt which is why we came out before even completing half of our 50 laps. The manager told me that the rash driver’s brakes were not working hence the crashing! I was shocked to hear that go-karts were allowed on the track without prior brake checks. And strange enough, someone comes back (after 27 laps) crashing many a times and saying the brakes don’t work? Clearly, the karts are not checked or maintained before letting them on the track, workers are not trained sufficiently to use the correct flags to stop the carts when there has been an issue! Someone from the H&S authority must visit this place and conduct an investigation on how this place is running! Very disappointed and there was no apology from the staff or manager. My son has got bad neck & hand pains tonight, I’m sure I will take this matter further.Ssky
