Are your facilities equipped for hard-of-hearing and for the visually impaired?

We have an infrared-assisted listening audio system for customers who are hard of hearing.Our infrared headphones can be used to improve the sound or to provide audio description for the visually impaired in most cases.We are in the process of implementing subtitled devices for both screens with our new projection system. Coming late 2023. Please ask any member of staff for a pair of headphones with an adjustable volume on each ear.

Do you cater for Gluten-Free/Nut Allergies?

We have several gluten-free and nut-free options on our menu. However, although we take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, all dishes are made and prepared in an environment where gluten and nuts are present so we cannot guarantee your food will not come into contact with allergens. Any member of staff will be happy to provide detailed allergen information for all food products we sell at Ilkley Cinema.

Yes, there are baby changing facilities. We have special Baby and Me relaxed screenings for new parents and families to enjoy the latest releases without fear of disruption.

No, there is no parking. Although we do not have parking of our own, we have nearby street parking available. The main Ilkley Car Park is a short 5 minute walk from us.

No, there is no private hire at Ilkley Cinema. Up to director discretion, please contact us at info@ilkleycinema.co.uk with any private hire inquiries as we may be able to accomodate some.

Do visitors need to pre-book time slots or tickets to get into the attraction?

Yes, Ilkley Cinema had stated that you will need to pre-book. We are a smaller capacity cinema, with roughly 100 seats across the 2 screens, so we recommend booking in advance to secure the best seats!
