About Gauntlet Birds of Prey, Eagle & Vulture Park
Meet some of the world's most amazing flying predators up close at Gauntlet Birds of Prey Eagles and Vulture Park. The park is home to over 180 birds from 50 different species, Gauntlet’s selection of birds of prey is second to none!
Anyone from bird lovers to budding photographers will enjoy a visit to the wildlife park. You can see and learn about vultures, owls, hawks, eagles, falcons to Kites and Owls. There are also have more unusual species such as Caracaras, Red-legged Seriemas, Marabou Storks, and Pelicans. The park is also home to Meerkats, Goats and Polecats. Exciting events take place daily, including flying demonstrations and meet & greets with the feathery residents.
Fancy a break? You can get your caffeine kick at the tea rooms while your kids get busy at the play fortress and sand pit. There are plenty of kid-friendly activities at the park - from goat feeding, to meeting curious Meerkats and a fun passport trail. If you want to pop out for a bit, it’s OK. Once you enter Gauntlet, you’re free to come in and out of the park as many times as you like during the day.
