About Create It
Create It is a family-friendly craft cafe which offers creative fun for all ages with Paint-a-Pot and Decopatch activities.
There are a huge variety of pottery pieces for you to paint, including character and animal figures, plates, bowls, mugs, money boxes, plaques and frames, ranging from £5.00 upwards, with lots around £10 to £15. All your masterpieces are glazed and fired, so they are bright and shiny, and plates/bowls/mugs etc are fully useable for food or drink. Pots are usually ready for collection in 7 to 10 days.
Decopatch is another popular activity at Create It and unlike the pottery, can be taken home the same day. This activity involves sticking pieces of special, colourful, patterned papers onto papier-mâché or wooden shapes to create some bright, funky and highly decorative pieces! Again, there is a large selection to choose from, including animal figures, trinket boxes, frames, mirrors, plaques and 3D initials. Prices start from just £5.00 with a good selection in the £8.00 to £13.00 range.
Create It also specialises in beautiful silver imprint jewellery and clay imprints. They recommend booking in advance for imprint jewellery or clay imprints (although it is not always necessary).
