Attraction Information
Doolin Cave is a stunning underground experience, which includes the longest free-hanging stalactite in the Northern Hemisphere! Be aware though that no strollers are merited and there are 120 steps involved, though there are rest spots between.
A new state of the art Visitor Centre has just opened at the cave, so visitors can now drive directly to the cave and park there. There is also an exhibition area which gives more information on the cave and the area, plus tea rooms.
Doolin Cave has opened a new Farmland Nature Trail, which is FREE for visitors to enjoy. This is a looped walk roughly 1km long, a leisurely stroll along pathways through pleasant rural surroundings with farm animals, pleasing plants and stone seats along the way.
