Drumcliffe Equestrian

Drumcliffe Equestrian Centre is a vast and lusciously green 100 acre farm, surprisingly a mere 10 minutes walk from Ennis Town Centre! Offering a range of activities for horse lovers which include scenic trekking through the country side, junior and senior cross country courses and horse riding lessons for all levels there truly is something for everyone. They feature both Indoor and Outdoor Arenas too, so the weather will rarely be a problem, and nor will space!

The pony trekking here seems to be available for kids the same age as the lesson bracketing, meaning younger but more adventurous sorts can go from hot to trot in no time!

A summer pony camp is also available so that the kids can really get to know their" pony and get a crash course stable management as well as extra rides and games besides. A great place for making a horsey loving' friend!

Horse riding is supposed to be very therapeutic especially for kids or those with special needs, so children of all character types tend to find themselves a little calmer. The horses, too, are matched intelligently to the rider's needs and character, so that both of you have a happy time, every time.

The farm has been in the Tierney family for over 100 years and they now also supply high end livery services too for both full and half board arrangements."
