Crosby Coastal Park
Managed by Sefton Council this area is nearby Crosby Beach along the coastal path near the estuary of the River Alt at Highdown. Facing West you can take in fantastic views of North Wales, beautiful sunsets that Crosby is known for and the furthest figures of the Anthony Gormley sculptures.
We recommend taking a visit to Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre. This is a purpose built water sports and visitor centre ideal for families. There's a bistro to grab a snack and on warmer days why not treat the kids to an ice cream?
Another Place Sculptures
The 'Another Place' sculptures by Anthony Gormley , consisting of 100 cast-iron, life-size figures spread across the beach, create a unique and intriguing environment. Children and adults alike are captivated by these life-size figures, which offer an opportunity for families to explore art and nature simultaneously.
