All children love the water, however swimming up and down can get a little bit boring for them! Add in some flumes, rapids and a splash pool and you’ve managed to combine fitness with fun! There are also swimming lessons for children of all ages and stages and adult lessons to help you improve you stroke.
Excellent Swimming facilities
The Under The Sea splash pool is ideal for smaller children to help them grow in confidence in the water and there are aqua workout classes if parents are looking for a low impact but challenging exercise. The 25m pool is great for the ‘serious swimmers’ to clock up some real distance during early morning swim sessions.
Aqua fitness classes
Join in on aqua fitness classes, which offer a fun and effective way to exercise in the water, suitable for various fitness levels.
