This welcoming Techniquest Discovery Centre is spread out over 5 differently themed zones, all packed full of fun hands on exhibits to discover, plus the Science Theatre! There are over 60 interactive exhibits and activities that are designed to boost visitors' understanding of science in amusing and educational fashion. Learning has never been so much fun!
The exhibits vary but are always family oriented and examples from this year's schedule include the biological Yucky You, the cosmic Spectacular Space, the exciting Bubbles And Bangs, the seasonal Spooky Science and Winter Wonderland!
They also have a 60 seat science theatre where they host daily 45 minute long science shows based around a science related theme, such as forces, water or music! Shows change regularly so there is always something new to see on return visits and the show is included in your admission.
They also run specific Toddler Days when there's discounted entry, extra activities, and no big jobs in the way hogging all the buttons!
They also offer birthday party packages, an Astronomy Club and a Lego Challenge club, all well worth looking into if you've got some spare time on your hands!
