Penny for paw thoughts? Do you love animals but aren't able to get a pet yourself or do you just absolutely adore cats? At Kitty Cafe Leeds, you can play with a whole host of sweet and cute kitties!
The Cats
The Leeds Kitty Cafe was designed with the kitties in mind! So, there are lots of open spaces for your feline friends to wander around and stretch their legs. There are also lots of kitty toys that you can play with the kitties with! Whether they approach your table, weave in and out of your legs or...even jump up on the table! You'll be delighted when the kitty chooses you to sit, lie or play with. The Cafe is also a re-homing and care facility for all the cats and kitties from a range of backgrounds. Whether they were stray cats, rescue, or those with medical issues. They take them in, look after them and hopefully find a new owner that will care and love for them. There are cats with really cute names too! Like Jaffa, Cinnamon, Crinkle, Tinker and Benji.
The Menu
Even though it's a Kitty Cafe, humans are also treated here too! Each table has comfortable sofas for you to relax in, as you take a bite of the Kitty Cafe food. There's a whole range of tasty and comforting food here. From jacket potatoes (with yummy toppings), a huge choice of pizza, tasty paninis (vegan options too), chicken wraps, veggie wraps and lots more! That's just the tip of the iceberg. You can order some delicious sharers like nachos and dough balls or even a scrumptious afternoon tea! Choose between afternoon tea for two with delectable soft white sandwiches, Devonshire scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam and a mixture of baked goods. Or just a scone and high tea! All while sitting down waiting for some meows. Last but not least, there's a choice of home-baked cakes, which are all vegetarian friendly (except for the Rocky Road cake) and there are also vegan cakes available too. Sip on some cocktails, mocktails or tea while you play with the kitties too.
A great place to go for some family time during the school holidays or even during term time! And if you're a cat person, then this will be like heaven for you.
