☀️ Outdoor Adventure Holiday Clubs for Kids
8:45am – 3:15pm | £39.95 per day
At The Outdoors Project, we know that children’s happiest memories are often made outside — under open skies, amongst trees, across fields, and in spaces where imagination can take flight. Our Outdoor Adventure Holiday Clubs are expertly designed to combine dynamic play, creative challenges and real-world exploration into every single day.
From the moment children arrive at 8:45am, they’re greeted with warmth, enthusiasm and a sense of possibility. Each day runs until 3:15pm, giving children a full day of enriching, active experiences that engage both body and mind — all for £39.95 per day. Unlike ordinary holiday clubs, ours are 100% outdoors, tapping into fresh air, natural spaces and real adventure to support wellbeing, confidence and curiosity. Parents consistently share how much their children thrive here, with one noting that their kids “have a fantastic time” and that the outdoor play is “so creative and allows each individual to get something different out of the experience.”
Our approach believes in learning through doing — whether that’s through teamwork, problem-solving, seasonal exploration, building skills or simply running free in green space. Children don’t just attend a club; they experience it.
⸻
🌟 Different Immersive Themes & Activities Every Day
One of the things families love most about our holiday clubs is that every day feels fresh, exciting and completely new. Our immersive themes are thought-through narratives that bring each day to life — from woodland explorers and forest challenges to nature missions and creative craft quests.
Themes aren’t just labels — they shape the whole day. Children become part of the story world: planning missions, solving challenges, learning skills, collaborating with others, creating woodland-inspired art and pushing themselves in playful ways. One parent shared that the themes are “really well thought out, organised and delivered with interesting themes that grab my child’s imagination — he skips off each morning!” That’s the reaction we aim for — joyful anticipation and eagerness to learn, play and be outdoors.
Variety matters. Whether a child loves energetic games, building dens, creative crafts, storytelling or team challenges, there’s always something new to discover. Each theme is designed to be inclusive and scalable so children of different ages, personalities and interests can fully participate. This keeps every day fresh — and means siblings, friends and repeat bookings always feel exciting.
As another happy parent put it, “My son says it was amazing … so much fun! My daughter said ‘I LOVED IT!’”

🌿 All Outdoors – Healthy, Green & Inspiring Spaces
Our clubs happen entirely outdoors — and that’s at the heart of what makes them special.
Playing outside isn’t a bonus; it’s our core philosophy. Fresh air, natural light and green spaces support physical health, emotional wellbeing and social connection. Nature invites curiosity at every turn — from logs and leaves to trails and trees — transforming every moment into an opportunity to explore and create.
We operate at two incredible locations, each offering expansive outdoor environments with their own unique advantages:
📍 Great Walstead, Lindfield
Set within 250 acres of beautiful woodland and open spaces, Great Walstead feels like a natural playground waiting to be explored. Children can wander through shaded paths, discover hidden nooks, play big group games and take part in nature-based missions away from traffic or buildings.
📍 Southover School, Lewes
Situated in an idyllic and peaceful location, Southover School offers a huge green playing field — perfect for dynamic games, team challenges and imaginative open-air adventures close to Lewes town but still in a secluded, natural environment.
Both sites create the perfect backdrop for active, nature-rich days that children genuinely enjoy and remember.

🧠 More Than Childcare — It’s Childhood Magic
Our holiday clubs are more than just a way to keep children occupied. They’re experiences that:
• Boost confidence — through team challenges, new skills and personal achievement
• Encourage resilience — learning to problem-solve and adapt outdoors
• Build friendships — through shared play and group missions
• Ignite creativity — using natural materials and free play
• Support wellbeing — active play in fresh air reduces stress and increases happiness
The feedback from parents reflects precisely this impact. Families tell us time and again that their kids can’t stop talking about their experiences, that they wake up excited, and that attending our clubs becomes a highlight of their holiday. For many parents, it’s also a breath of fresh air — knowing their children are outdoors, active, safe and engaged.

Outdoors Adventure Holiday Clubs for Kids!
A great option for keeping the kids busy & off-screens during the holiday. Our Outdoor Adventure Holiday Clubs are designed for children who love to move, explore and discover. Every day is packed with hands-on activities that spark imagination, build confidence and encourage teamwork — all in the great outdoors. From bushcraft and den building to wide games, creative challenges and nature-inspired crafts, children are constantly engaged, active and having genuine adventures.
We believe childhood should be filled with fresh air, muddy knees and big smiles. Our experienced, enthusiastic staff create a safe and supportive environment where children feel free to try new things, make friends and develop independence. There’s no screen time — just real experiences, real friendships and real adventure.
It’s more than childcare — it’s a holiday club children look forward to and parents feel great about.
Different immersive themes & activities each day
No two days are ever the same at our holiday clubs. Each day brings a brand-new immersive theme designed to capture children’s imaginations and keep excitement levels high all week long. From mythical quests and survival challenges to nature ninja missions and creative woodland crafts, every theme is carefully planned to combine adventure, creativity and outdoor play.
Our themed days are not just surface-level — children dive fully into the experience through games, storytelling, problem-solving challenges and hands-on activities. One day they might be building shelters like explorers, the next crafting shields for an epic woodland quest.
This variety keeps children engaged, motivated and eager to return. It also means siblings and friendship groups of different ages can all find something they love. With fresh themes and activities every day, there’s always something new to discover.
All outdoors!
Our holiday clubs run entirely outdoors, giving children the freedom and space they need to thrive. Fresh air, open green spaces and natural surroundings create the perfect environment for active play, creativity and wellbeing. Being outside encourages movement, boosts mood and helps children build resilience — all while having enormous fun.
Both of our locations offer exceptional outdoor environments. Great Walstead in Lindfield is set within 250 acres of beautiful woodland, offering endless opportunities for exploration, adventure and nature-based activities. Meanwhile, Southover School in Lewes provides a vast green playing field in a quiet, idyllic setting tucked away from busy roads — a peaceful and spacious place for children to run, play and connect.
These inspiring settings are what make our clubs truly special. Children aren’t confined to halls or classrooms — they’re free to roam, imagine and experience real outdoor adventure every single day.
