About The Deep

Things to do at The Deep
There’s so much you can do at The Deep! In addition to the main exhibits, The Deep also has several other interactive exhibits that allow visitors to learn about these amazing creatures and the different species of fish and creatures that call the aquarium home. These interactive elements include "Artifact handling" which allows visitors to touch and learn about the different sea creatures, while the "Lagoon of Light" exhibit is home to a variety of colourful tropical fish tanks. See how sharks and stingrays would act in endless oceans as they swim above you in a stunning underwater tunnel. Prepare to be amazed as you ride a glass lift through the 10-metre ocean tank with sharks!
You’ll learn about these beautiful sea creatures through interactive discovery stations along the way and you'll get to know the animals better in presentations, talks and feeds. But that’s not all! Your little explorers can also enjoy the interactive magic floor, fossil brushing station and designing their own sea creature at Digi:Sea.
