Shepherds Place Farm is the cheapest family day out around Doncaster!
It opened in 2012 as a petting zoo that allowed children to get as close to the animals as possible. Meet meerkats, wallabies, ducks, geese, pigs, poultry, goats, chicks, guinea pigs, ponies, owls and tortoises. There’s so much here that’ll inspire and delight animal lovers!
The play area features a sand pit and supersized bouncy castles. There’s also a lovely on-site café that’s competitively priced and serves a selection of food and drink. Cool off on those warm summer days with a treat from the brand new ice cream parlour and more new and exciting features, such as an indoor play area, to come on this growing farm.
Amazing things often come from humble beginnings!

Amazing 5 out of 5 stars
We have taken our 6 month old son today. The animals are well looked after. The owners are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food is great and you reasonable priced. I would recommend and can't wait to see the new play area they have planned to startJemma.tomo
