Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ during waterpark sessions. Children under 4 must be accompanied on a 1:1 basis in the water unless two children are both wearing buoyancy aids, and children aged 4 to 10 must be accompanied on a 2:1 basis in the water.

For little ones, Barnacle Bay and the Sunken Galleon focus on shallow water play, interactive features and smaller slides. Older children and adults can head for slides like Eruption and Terror Torrent, although some rides have height, swimming ability or access requirements.
Terror Torrent is described by the venue as one of the UK’s fastest indoor flumes, while Eruption has a minimum height of 1.2m and requires swimmers to be able to swim 50m unaided. Kraken offers a gentler family flume, and Splash Ahoy is a four-lane slide designed for racing.
Barnacle Bay is an interactive splash zone designed for young children, with a maximum height of 1.2m and adults allowed to accompany children in the pool. The Sunken Galleon also has a maximum height of 1.2m and combines shallow water, small slides, water cannons and a tipping bucket.
Free parking, changing rooms, lockers and free Wi-Fi all help make the visit easier. If you are not entering the pool, a public viewing balcony is available for spectators, subject to space.
