Free parking, and disabled parking is available.

There is a unisex accessible toilet, suitable for wheelchairs, on the ground floor of the visitor centre.

There is a baby food/milk warming facility at the attraction. 

The whole attraction is on the ground level, and there are concrete paths around most of the buildings at the centre, and either a stone or grass path around the paddock walkways. A wheelchair is available upon request free of charge.

Dogs on leads are welcome.
