Get up close and cuddly with 120 rescued horses, ponies and mules, including a herd of 30 lovable donkeys!

Don't miss the chance to meet gentle giant Shire Fox and cheeky Shetland pony Sampson, among many others. You can put your feet up with a warm cuppa in the Nosebag Café while there’s a play area for young children to explore and an on-site gift shop offering a wide range of souvenirs.

Toilets

There is a unisex accessible toilet, suitable for wheelchairs, on the ground floor of the visitor centre.

Pets allowed

Dogs on leads are welcome. 

Guest suitability

The whole attraction is on the ground level, and there are concrete paths around most of the buildings at the centre, and either a stone or grass path around the paddock walkways. A wheelchair is available upon request free of charge.

Parking facilities

Free parking, and disabled parking is available.

Public transport

The nearest railway station is three miles away located at Haddiscoe. There is no taxi rank at the station but local taxis can be booked in advance. The closest bus stop is Decoy Tavern at Fritton, which is 1.4 miles away. However there are no pavements between the bus stop and the visitor centre.
