Waterlane Leisure Centre offers a great range of activities and sports to keep you and your family active. This leisure centre in Lowestoft features a 25m swimming pool where you can enjoy the family fun sessions - there'll be various floats and toys available, or you're welcome to bring your own. If you've got a little one under 5, look out for the weekly sessions dedicated to under 5s. Everyone Active are proud to also offer inclusive family swim sessions at Waterlane. These are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with a disability, SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health issues.
A great soft play area suitable for children all the way up to 12 years old. There's a dedicated toddler and baby area, then a multi-level structure for the bigger kids to explore. Designed for comfort and creativity, it’s the perfect spot for young adventurers to play while you relax in the seating provided nearby.
Reach new heights on the amazing East Face Climbing Wall! There's 18 lines of excellent rope climbing on a massive 30 foot (9 metre) wall, including 8 auto belays. Come along for casual and family climbing sessions or your if kids love the wall then you can also sign them up for climbing lessons (starting from just 7 years old).
There's lots of ways to keep the family active at Waterlane Leisure Centre. Enjoy fun family swimming sessions in the pool or join Everyone Active's award winning swimming lessons. Back on dry land, there's Tennis Go sessions for children between 4 and 11 years old, plus the chance to play table tennis, badminton, pickleball and more.
