About Morbitorium

The Morbitorium is a unique collection of incredible oddities from around the world. Children and adults alike have been amazed at our displays of stuffed animals, medical specimens, mummified cats, sea monsters, witchcraft and more. One wall is completely covered in haunted ouija boards - all donated to the museum by people who experienced strange activity after using them!! - and a cabinet of uranium glass glows softly in a dark corner.

If you or your kids are fascinated by things that go bump in the night, then the Morbitorium is the place for you! We're Addams Family friendly.

We have so many curious things in our collection that we can't have them all out on display at the same time, so the museum changes regularly. One week you may see a mummified alien, the next week there could be a bubbling cauldron in its place. Some items are so popular they are on permenant display - like Chester the dodo/peacock hybrid, or the mummified witches cat that was found under the floorboards of a Tudor house.

Museum of oddities and curiosities

An entire house, filled with the most amazing oddities and fascinating exhibits you'll find. From antique medical equipment to vampire hunting kits, you'll find it all here!

Witchcraft & oddities shop

Our gift shop has everything a young witch or wizard would ever need. From handmade wands, spell kits, brooms and cauldrons to badges, bookmarks, spell kits and gemstone necklaces.
