Me and my then 7 month old and my mum visited we paid £5 for both of us and went upstairs. It was full of screaming children, it was the 0-3 part and honestly my baby was the only young one there, the equipment was NOT suitable whatsoever and we was so upset and asked for a refund which they were happy to give... we sat upstairs and had to feed my baby as she was hungry, to then one of the staff comes up and says the refund we gave you was for admittance for use so please leave... i said i’m feedinf my child she then laughed and said still leave... both me and my mum was shocked and completely astonished at how inconsiderate they were. We went downstairs and asked for numbers to head office to be told they don’t have a head office nor a number but we have an email for one of the managers... one of the receptionist was so rude and treated us awfully! I was told to feed my baby in the car next time or come when she doesnt need feeding. Please if you have kids lower than 1-2 years of age take them elsewhere, waste of my time, my mums time and my little girls first experience in a soft play was ruined.

We had a kids party on 8th October 2018. The worst party experience ever in my life. No host available and no plan for the party. For a birthday party of four year old, they provided 15 inches butchers knife to cut the cake. Order extra drinks and food, which never came on table. All they worried about is that we empty the party table in time. Pushing all guest and asking for the double payment to stay for extra half hour. Unreal experience of customer service in this modern and competitive age. When asked for to speak to manager, reply was that she is young and shy, could you tell us what you want as she (manager) refused to come out and speak to someone. My advice to all parents will be organise the party anywhere in the world, definitely you will have better experience in comparison to this place, without any doubt. Ridiculously disorganised place to visit...please be aware and don't waste the family time at this place...
Kids loves it!

We came today and my son wanted to write a review and say that he loved it and he thought the slides and corkscrew were great and the monkey bars were his favourite

Since we have two kids we visited visited so many softplays!!! and And I must say this one was the dirtiest I have ever seen.We came on Christmas half- term and it was busy as expected. The place is massive and I much prefer the kids play area upstairs.Downstairs is better for older ones...since we were following our boys we have seen so much dust all other the facilities...actually a piles of dust which could just simply should be hoovered. Also the area itself had some empty bottles snack packs lying around.I hate then the place feel filthy especially then you have a small kids who actually crawl around ... The parking is also tiny for such massive inside space to compare with..we had to park quite far away off-road. I find it quite pricey..but we went on half -term So I guess it is doubled. we wouldn't be back unfortunately for the above reasons. To compare we love parents paradise in watford..the place is also massive but always very clean!!!! you see member if staff hovering and cleaning constantly.
Grea fun place

I took my 14 month granddaughter for the first time today and was very impressed with the facilities. So many different areas for her to explore and she enjoyed playing in them all. The entire place was spotless including all the toys. The staff were lovely and friendly. We stayed for lunch and was impressed with the children's food which was very good value for money. Having been to all the local soft plays in the area, this one I found to be the best, not only for what it had to offer, but also excellent value for money.
Equipment is fab, food not so much!

First time here after a friend recommended it. I have a 1 & 3 year old so the upstairs section was where they could play. Downstairs is the larger equipment for 4+ I'd say. First impressions great, wasn't too busy at all was a Friday term time so lots of available seating. The kids were raring to go straight away and lots for them to do. Food menu has a great choice, it took me 10 minutes to decide what I wanted there was so many options. However, I was disappointed with what arrived. I ordered a toastie and chips the toastie was flat and looked very unappetising and the chips were stone cold. The toastie alone was over £4 so I wasn't overly impressed. Kids food was fine and good portion. Would happily go back but wouldn't order food just a hot drink or something as thought it was overly priced for what it was. Car parking they have allocated for the venue is very limited so busy periods you'd struggle to get onsite parking and would need to park on the road which was busy when I went. Overall kids had a great time.

I visited this week and was a little taken aback at the £10.50p charge to get in, but it's a massive venue with so much available! I've not seen an indoor play area that's better! Baby change available, lots of parent seating, stacks of high chairs, a pretty good range of food too! I ordered a sandwich for me and a child meal. The child meal was huge!! And the sandwich was exactly that.... no frills, no side salad or dressing etc. But it was fine. But disappointment I couldn't see any children's cutlery?? Baby change available in the disabled loo upstairs, I didn't use the facilities downstairs. The baby/toddler room upstairs was great. Parking was rammed so needed up on he road, but thankful to find a space. All in all a great place to hang out!
