Hickory Dickory's Playhouse
Derby, DerbyshireAbout Hickory Dickory's Playhouse
Hickory Dickory's Playhouse is frankly a treat for the lot of you! Well organised, well-spaced, well designed and well located, even dad's going to appreciate this one.
The multiple levels are vast and spacious and incorporate all the classics plus a few additional treats above and beyond the norm, like the powerful cannons in the ball pools, trampolines and loads of fun novelty obstacles. It's exactly what they expect from modern soft play and rightly so: great padding, clean surfaces and imaginative play fare!
Plus there is a multi-sports zone full of balls and also an electric go kart track on site to keep your little redheads happy too!
There's a section set aside just for the smaller types, with little features just for them to interact with including soft building materials and colourful balls as well as space to crawl and toddle. There is also a toddler morning every morning weekdays during term time when there are some led and varied activities on offer in addition to the facilities.
Maximum age and height restrictions to play in this facility are age 11 years and 4ft11 tall. If one is reached way before the other this still applies! They're very strict (and rightly so!) on everybody (including you) wearing socks whilst in the play frame, and you mustn't bring in any outside sourced refreshments, with the exception of baby food.
Their menu is an award winner in the field of healthy eating however, so leave the sarnies at home and treat yourselves to something good to eat in every sense of the phrase!
