About Helly Hansen Watersports Centre
A visit to Helly Hansen Watersports Centre, previously known as Salford Watersports Centre, is a fun packed adventure for all the family.
The fantastic watersports centre is packed to the rafters with sailing dinghies, windsurfers, kayaks and canoes that are just waiting for you to come and have a go on them. You can also try out raft building and bell boating. Or for those who prefer to keep their feet dry, you can have a go on a 8 metre high indoor climbing wall or test out your map reading skills by doing a spot of urban orienteering around Salford Quays.
Watersports Hire Families and children would really enjoy coming on the watersports hire sessions where you will get the opportunity to take to the water and explore the dock at your own leisurely pace. They also cater for groups where you can book a private session with your own instructor, either out on the water or on the indoor climbing wall. They will make the session as wet and fun as you like.
Parties: Impress your mates by having the best birthday party ever at Salford Watersports Centre. They have a fantastic range of party packages suitable for those aged 8 and upwards (adults included).
School Holidays: If you are easily bored in the school holidays, then they have the cure. They run a wide range of week long watersports courses where you can try various water activities, or if you have a favourite already you can do a course in that particular sport. You can come for half day sessions, or full days!
