Introduce your kids to the wonderful world of books at Manchester Central Library.  Inside the Secret Garden, a special kids’ area, the little ones can discover reading in a welcoming and colourful environment. Once your tiny readers cosy up by the cushions with a good story in hand, they won’t want to leave!

The Secret Garden features a digital wall display where various animals pop up. You can also see yourself beamed in the centre of our garden in a special projection area. Plus, there are computers nearby, so you can stay connected. Love spending time at the library? Manchester Central Library regularly hosts family-friendly events, so make sure you drop by and have fun.
