Waterfront Leisure Centre

The centre has a 25m swimming pool with up to 6 lanes perfect for all your swimming needs, like lessons or Aqua Splash sessions! The splash-tastic leisure pool is packed out with super cool slides, inflatables and a wave machine, which the kids will love! There's also a bubble pool to dip your toes in and relax! You can also unwind in a traditional sauna, ready to melt those stresses away. 

If you’re looking for a way to fill a weekend or the long summer hols, these would be a great way to spend time as a family. Water babies will love dive bombing off the dive boards, riding on floats and playing with swim toys. The slides are also a fantastic draw and will have kids in and out of the pool for more and more turns! While you wait, chill out and let the wave machine gently rock you.

Junior Gym

After some time in the water, the Junior Gym provides an excellent opportunity for families to engage in physical fitness together in a playful, non-competitive environment. Designed for children and young teens, this gym includes equipment and activities that help develop strength, balance, coordination, and motor skills while keeping it fun.

The gym holds 100-plus station equipment, like the latest cardiovascular and resistance machines. Here, you can check out the latest Hammer Strength gym equipment…the perfect place for an all-around workout! Whatever your fitness goals, you can achieve them here with a gym session!

There are also 2 fitness suites hosting a wide variety of Fitness Classes for all ages and abilities. From beginner classes to those who are more advanced - all in a fun and sociable environment! 

You'll also find a health suite here for those who are looking to tackle their health worries and encourage their own physical activities! You can work out with personal trainers to get the best results!

Sports Hall

There is also a multi-use sports hall, indoor 5-a-side pitch and squash courts available to hire. You can kick about with football or score some hoops with basketball. If you're more into badminton, don't fret; there are 4 courts to play on!

Accessibility

Accessibility is a top priority at the Waterfront Leisure Centre, and the staff is always happy to help make sure everyone can participate. There are ramps and elevators to make sure that kids with mobility issues can get around easily, and there are also special facilities for kids with disabilities.
