Wacky Warehouse Gretna Green
Newton Aycliffe, County DurhamAbout Wacky Warehouse Gretna Green
Calling all children and parents! Come along to the Wacky Warehouse at the Gretna Green Hotel in Newton Aycliffe, Durham to climb, slide, swing and bounce the day away!
With both indoor soft play and an outdoor play area, it is the perfect place to unleash your inner explorer and go wild even in wet weather.
Whatever the age of your little monsters, there is something magical on offer for all of them. And with a designated area for tots, slides, ball pools, obstacles and arts & crafts, they will be entertained for hours.
Things to do
Wacky Warehouse at the Gretna Green Hotel provides kids up to 4 ft9 with a range of indoor play features spread over several floors of the climbing maze, including racing slides and wobbly bridges, slick tunnels and perilous scramble climbs. Nothing builds an appetite like exercise! And in summer the outdoor play area is open too with a play fort structure suitable for up to 12 years.
Kids up to about 3 years are offered a rather safer play zone: largely for the absence of the big kids! It offers fair enough compromises of the big fun for those longing for the melee, plus plenty of developmental fare for the really wee ones.
Their regular adult-led craft sessions can't be pre-booked but if there are places still available after the start you can just go join in when you arrive.
Do we have some upcoming birthdays in the family? Book the Wacky Warehouse party area for up to 20 children! You'll get party invitations, a party room & party food all included in your experience.
Food & Drink
Enjoy freshly-made coffee and a selection of food for both kids and grown-ups in the charming café area. Feeling bored while the kids are having fun? With free Wi-Fi available throughout the attraction, you can always catch up on your latest series while your little ones play safely. Wacky Warehouse has everything you need to recharge your own batteries whilst tiring out your energetic explorers.
