Tyland Barn Nature Park offers a delightful and accessible way to explore the enchanting beauty of Kent’s countryside. Originally designed as a miniature Kent, the park now boasts woodlands, vibrant wildflower meadows, and a thriving large pond. Stroll along the wheelchair-friendly paths, and you may encounter magnificent orchids, stag beetles nestled in log piles, or dragonflies gracefully skimming over the reeds.
Nature Tots is Forest School tailored specifically for little ones, and can inspire a love of nature that lasts a lifetime. It’s run by Forest School leaders and is a wonderful opportunity for children to explore, discover and learn from nature. With a variety of investigation, construction, art and craft activities on offer, children gain a sense of achievement, leading their own learning as much as possible, with help from accompanying adults.
Fun is the name of the game with our Wilder Birthday Parties. Parties include arts, crafts and games all immersed in the natural world and the beautiful surroundings of our Tyland Barn Nature Park, Maidstone or our Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve. Choose from a range of outdoor and nature-based themes.
Alternatively, children can delve into Forest School activities and indulge their wild side with our Woodland Birthday Parties. There’s a chance to learn survival techniques, discover the creatures that live in the heart of the forest, or craft using natural materials. With three thrilling Woodland party themes to choose from!
