The London Film Museum
Westminster, Greater LondonAbout The London Film Museum
The London Film Museum is now the venue for the Bond in Motion Collection, including the famous Lotus Esprit (as a submarine!). This is a chance for movie (and car) fans young and old to see some of the most iconic film vehicles of all time.
There is a film clip from the film it starred in running behind each vehicle and extra information is available on interactive tablets. Audio guides are available too.
Over 100 original items are on display from scripts, storyboards and model miniatures, plus several full size vehicles. Kids will love the different cars, (which include Auric's Rolls from ‘Goldfinger' and Little Nellie from ‘You Only Live Twice'), plus there are boats, bikes and gyrocopters too! You can get pretty close to most of the vehicles to take a good look.
The exhibition is well laid out and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can take plenty of photos and there is even the chance to dress as Bond as the end for a professional pic.
