Lick ya lips at Shrimp & Grill as you lock eyes with the juiciest flavoursome and fried shrimp, succulent American burgers, crispy fries and onion rings. The yummiest and finger-licking American food around. Based in London on Coventry Street, Shrimp & Grill, formerly known as Bubba Gump Shrimp & Co, is an American diner with a menu of comfort food. And shrimp is the star of the show, but not forgetting the rest!
The Food
Whether you start off small with a whole choice of tasty appetisers, you'll find something to satisfy your palette. Pick your shrimp appetiser, from either the crispy fried shrimp, juicy shrimp boil, spicy cajun shrimp or the duo tomato bruschetta with shrimp. You can also order up some BBQ chicken drumsticks, hand-rolled cod fish balls or mac & cheese! Such tasty small plates and we haven't even reached the main meal yet!
Fancy a burger? They have them here. A spicy, but juicy 8oz Mexican beef burger, with oozy American cheese, chorizo and guac with house jalapeno mayo on a toasted bun with fries. There is also a choice of a Beyond vegan burger, a classic burger and a chicken sandwich. But of course, everyone comes here for the shrimp. You'll find your New Orleans BBQ shrimp, coconut shrimp, a whole medley of seafood (shrimp, cod, seabass, salmon and more), as well as deep-fried crispy shrimp platters!! Oh so yummy, you'll have eaten so much, will you have space for dessert?
The Desserts
Of course, you do! Everyone knows there's a separate stomach for dessert...right? Well, if you manage to find some space, indulge in some fruity desserts, like the key lime pie with meringue, or a rhubarb and apple crumble cheesecake. Lover of chocolate? Enjoy a rich chocolate brownie or a cookie sundae. Enough to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth.
