Great birthday party 5 out of 5 stars

Booked an exclusive hire for my granddaughters 5th birthday party and it was great! Staff were lovely - really friendly and helpful. Least stressful kids party ever I would definitely book again.

Less than one star if I could... 1 out of 5 stars

Awful place, and in my opinion dangerous. Visited on a number of occasions now, every time we have been disappointed. It's convenient location has brought us back, but this was for the last time yesterday. Filthy play equipment, ripped with wood exposed. Filthy tables, floors, chairs. Toilets were also disgusting. I was appalled at the place and fully believe that enough chances were given. Leaving a review so that others do not make this mistake.

Disappointing 2 out of 5 stars

Visited a couple of times with my little ones they enjoyed the soft play but it's not the cleanest and has a very musky smell.
