St Ives Surf School is highly regarded as one of the best places to learn to surf in Cornwall from Surfing GB recently naming the School a ‘Centre Of Excellence' as a recognition of our high standards of coaching, safety record and quality facilities. At St Ives Surf School not only do we run fantastic surf lessons we also provide SUP, Coasteering and sea kayaking activities from the beautiful Porthminster beach in the heart of St Ives. Equipment rental is available on a daily basis all season long. Our aim is to provide an unforgettable ocean experience in a fun, friendly and safe environment. Part of our three activities for £90 includes Coasteering. In the past few years coasteering has become a very popular watersports activity. Our route from Porthminster Beach towards Carbis Bay will give you the perfect entry into Coasteering. Coasteering is an adrenaline-pumping combination of traversing rocks, floating through gullies, sea swimming, exploring caves and negotiating rock jumps. It all takes place in a safe and fun environment under the guidance of highly trained and qualified professionals. We also are offering 10% discount to students with an NUS card.
