About High Sports Brighton

One of the largest indoor climbing centres in the South East, High Sports Brighton is a great place for hours of fun, adventure and learning new skills. With over 58 roped lines and 9 auto belay lines, as well as a bouldering area, there are plenty of routes and problems to tackle and vertical ascents to conquer. Perfect for families looking to keep active together and have fun along the way!

Beginner climbers -

The whole family can try something new together! Or, keep the kids entertained whilst you put your feet up. There are multiple options at High Sports to get everyone climbing safely and kick-start plenty more climbing sessions to come without the need for an instructor:

Climbing For Everyone From 4+ yrs

Regardless of age or ability, we firmly believe everyone can climb. We offer various courses and opportunities for everyone aged 4+ and up. The whole family can get involved whether its via one of our family intros to climbing, supervising your own children as a climber yourself, or private sessions with an instructor.

If you would rather sit back and relax, we also offer sessions, courses, classes and drop in social clubs for various age ranges, from 4-7 years with our Pebbles intro, 7+ for our Junior intro and all age ranges for our auto-belay and RockStart courses, as well as our Teen RockUp social club.

It’s not just the kids that get to have a good time! We offer all these courses and RockUp social club for adults as well.

School Holiday Activities

We always put on extra sessions and add more fun activities to keep the kids entertained during the school holidays. This includes our courses outlined above as well as 2-hour fun and games sessions, teen intros and holiday club for 12-17 year olds.

Birthday Parties

Why have a normal birthday party when you can have a climbing adventure party? Scale the main wall, tackle the ‘real rock’ wall & race your friends against the clock. Our climbing parties offer challenges and experiences that will engage and entertain guests. Choose from either an aged 4-7yrs or 7yrs+ party.

We also understand adults have birthdays too. If you’re a big kid wanting to celebrate, we’ve got you covered.
