Attraction Information
Royal Pavilion is a luxurious palace with lots of interesting rooms for the kids to check out.
There are multimedia guides available (included in admission price), which are a great interactive way for kids to learn the background and facts as you tour the pavilion. There is also an audio visual room with a presentation about the pavilion and all the rooms have been decorated in the style of Regency period.
There are also family activities such as art workshops, storytelling, dressing up and handling sessions. There are also gardens to explore, which have been restored back to Regency planting schemes and have a great variety of plants to enjoy, plus plenty of space for the kids to run off some excess energy.
A great place for budding history buffs and future architects.
Please note that while the ground floor is pushchair and wheelchair friendly, access to the first floor is by staircase only. However, there are still several rooms to explore on this level.
